We have all gotten em ails talking about the need to put the PC requirements in deed restrictions & the future developer agreement for Mr. Rusch. You need to decide if you want to issue the permit. I told the resident that I did not see a problem with issuing a building permit because I assume the proper paperwork will eventually be completed by Mr. Rusch.
