The undersigned City of Oshkosh fully and without limitation releases the following
described mortgage:
A mortgage given to secure the prompt and full payment and performance as and
when due of the obligations of Total Property Solutions LLC pursuant to a
Promissory Note, Covenant, and Mortgage in the original principal amount of
Twenty-seven hundred dollars ($2,700.00) dated April 9, 2025, and recorded in the
office of the Register of Deeds for Winnebago County, Wisconsin on May 12, 2025,
as Document Number 1944448. It is the intent of the undersigned to release all
property described therein from the terms of the mortgage.
The property subject to the mortgage and this release is within the City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as: Lot 41, EXC N
IT, CITYS REPLAT #2, CITY OF OSHKOSH, WINNEBAGO COUNTY,
WISCONSIN.
