PURPOSE:TRAFFIC REGULATIONS
INITIATED BY:TRANSPORTATION DEPARTMENT
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 27-23(A-
11) AND 27-50(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO PARKING
TH
REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND PARKING IN THE WEST 8 AVENUE
PARKING LOT.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27-23(A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows:
A-11PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
JOSSLYN STREET
Delete Therefrom:No parking, east side, from Adams Avenue to Witzel Avenue,
within one (1) hour of events at Titan Stadium.
Add Thereto:No parking, east side, from 20 feet south of Southland Avenue to
Rush Avenue.
No parking, east side, from Rush Avenue to Adams Avenue,
from one (1) hour before events to one (1) hour after events at
Titan Stadium.
STILLWELL AVENUE
Delete Therefrom:No parking, north side, from Beech Street to Wisconsin Street.
SECTION 2. That Section 27-50(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to

parking in the West 8 Avenue Parking Lot is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom:(B) The remaining stalls shall be monthly rental stalls at a fee of
twenty dollars ($20.00) per month.

Add Thereto:(B) The two most northerly stalls on the west side of the middle
row shall be designated for vehicles with a valid residential
parking permit and holders of such a permit shall be entitled to
lease a designated stall at the rate of thirty dollars ($30.00) per
month. Enforcement of the residential parking stalls shall be all
days 24 hours. The remaining non-metered stalls shall be
monthly rental stalls at a fee of twenty dollars ($20.00) per
month.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
