The Board members must physically examine the rolls b. STATEMENT: “The Board carefully reviewed the assessment rolls and has verified that the assessor’s certification is properly signed and attached to the rolls. The assessment rolls for the year 2025 are not available for public inspection and objections for at least two hours. The Board will remain in session during those hours.” 5. Assessor Matters a. Correction of errors shall be included as part of the 2026 assessment roll if applicable i. None as of 9:30 am today b. Omitted property shall be included as part of the 2026 assessment roll if applicable i. None as of 9:30 am today MOTION: Approve correction as requested by Assessor (Roll call vote; majority of quorum required) 6. Hearings • 10:00 am: Harbor Freight/1620 S. Koeller Street 7. Future Hearings if needed: (Objections filed during BOR 2-hour meeting, Objections Filed Late, Request for Waiver of Hearing, Commercial, etc.) a. Objections filed during BOR 2-hour meeting b. Objection forms filed after Deadline c. Request to Waive Hearing – Commercial Properties d. Scheduling of Commercial Hearings, if necessary October 20, 2025, through October 24, 2025 (if needed) 8. Final Business a. The City Clerk reports that no further objections were properly filed with their office. b. The chair directs the City Clerk to send the appropriate notice of the Board’s decision to the objectors. c. The assessor reaffirms that the assessment rolls are in order. d. MOTION: The Board certifies the rolls as corrected and completed by the assessor (roll call vote) 9. Adjournment • MOTION to adjourn sine die (if no further dates are scheduled) or next meeting date
