Implementation Plan for building entrance landing and ramp at 608 Jefferson Street
(Victory Baptist Church) and adjacent property located at the northeast corner of
Jefferson Street and East Parkway Avenue
4. Review and make a recommendation on a Specific Implementation Plan for a drive-
through car wash at 1700 South Koeller Street
