Your DSSMR contained a statement from your Chief Dam Safety Coordinator that the dam is safe for continued operation. With this statement, instrument data and evaluation, and the internal inspection report, the DSSMR fulfills your annual requirements under Chapter 14 — Appendix K of the FERC Engineering Guidelines. The enclosure includes the review comments for the 2024 DSSMR. The next annual DSSMR is due by June 1, 2026. Regional Engineer Enclosure 2 Enclosure 2024 DSSMR Comments Continue to visually monitor the crack(s) in the powerhouse/right abutment and the deterioration of spillway and abutment walls. Note any changes in the next DSSMR. 2. As noted in the inspection and previous DSSMRs, several sections of the spillway gates are in need of maintenance or repair and are undergoing with a schedule of one gate to be repaired annually.
