This site contains two separate properties, which must be combined before the above-
foundation permit will be issued.
Ground mounted HVAC unit on east side of building must be fully screened from view
of the adjacent residential properties and streets.
Subject property is located just outside mapped floodplain areas. Final grading shall be
installed as to guarantee the floodplain will not impact the principal structure.
Separate permit required for ground sign.
REVIEW AUTHORITY
As per Section 30-5 Enforcement of the City Zoning Ordinance, the Director of Community Development, or designee, must approve all plans, except the
