described mortgage:
A mortgage dated given to secure the prompt and full payment and performance as
and when due of the obligations of 420 Waugoo LLC pursuant to a Promissory
Note, Covenant, and Mortgage in the original principal amount of Twenty-seven
hundred dollars ($2,700.00) dated January 8, 2025, and recorded in the office of the
Register of Deeds for Winnebago County, Wisconsin on February 19, 2025, as
Document Number 1939377. It is the intent of the undersigned to release all
property described therein from the terms of the mortgage.
The property subject to the mortgage and this release is within the City of Oshkosh,
Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and more particularly described as: LOT 12,
