HomeMy WebLinkAboutTransportation Committee Notice & Agenda 8.12.2025 TO: Transportation Committee Members FROM: Jim Collins, Transportation Director DATE: July 30, 2025 SUBJECT: Meeting Notice & Agenda for Aug. 12, 2025 (4:00 p.m.) The monthly Transportation Committee meeting will be Tuesday, August 12, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room 404 at Oshkosh City Hall (4th Floor). Public Comment The Committee has adopted a public participation policy which provides fifteen (15) minutes for public comment. Citizens must provide their name and address and speak on matters related to Transportation issues within their authority. Comment should be addressed to the committee members and not to staff. Items on the agenda should be addressed at the time the item is read, not during the open period for public comment. Statements are limited to three (3) minutes and citizens may only provide comment one time, unless permission is granted. Written comments sent to (TC@ci.oshkosh.wi.us) will be distributed to the committee members and become part of public record. Roll Call Approval of Minutes Old Business New Business 1. Request for no parking on Arizona Street (West side from 356’ to 394’ north of 17th Avenue) 2. Request to remove the 2-hour parking restriction on Washington (South side, from 54’ east of Court to Broad) 3. Saturday fixed route transit service Transportation Committee Notice & Agenda August 12, 2025 Staff Statements ❖ A request to replace the yield sign at the intersection of Crane and Columbia with a stop sign. ❖ Monthly Fare Caps ❖ Cooperative Agreement for continuing planning for the Oshkosh, WI metropolitan planning area between City of Oshkosh/GO Transit, the State of Wisconsin, Department of Transportation, East Central Regional Planning Commission and the Oshkosh Metropolitan Planning Organization.
