RE: 2024 Annual Financial Report of Tax Increment Districts (TID)
Attached please find the 2024 TIF Report for City of Oshkosh Tax Increment Districts (TID) that
were active and reportable for 2024. The report includes:
• Map of each TID
• PE-300 Financial Report Form required to be filed with the Department of Revenue for
each TID
• City's financial spreadsheets for each TID current through 12/31/2024
In 2024, the City had 31 active TIDs with a total combined value of $5,979,120 of which
$301,664,700 was tax increment. Relative to the 12% statutory maximum increment value cap,
the City was at 4.77% based on a 2024 municipal equalized value of $6,326,396,700. Based on
2024 total municipal equalized value, the City could have a maximum TID increment value of
$759,167,604. This means there could be an additional $457,502,904 of tax increment added
before the City would run up against the 12% value cap and not be able to create additional
TIDs.
