Oshkosh Board of Police and Fire Commission
May 6th, 2025
A meeting of the Police and Fire Commission was held on Tuesday, May 6th, 2025 at 3:00
p.m. in the Council Chambers, Room 406 of City Hall.
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Montgomery, Boettcher, Jones, Wrage, Schorse
Excused/Absent:
PFC Secretary, Michelle Behnke, asked if there were any additions or corrections to the April
24th, 2025 Meeting Minutes of the Police and Fire Commission. Commissioner Boettcher
made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery, to approve the minutes as
presented. Motion Carried 5-0.
New Business:
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Boettcher to retire the
current Police Officer Employment Eligibility List. Motion Carried 5-0.
Commissioner Boettcher made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Wrage to approve the
new Police Officer Employment Eligibility List. Motion Carried 5-0.
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Boettcher to appoint Kyle
Feucht to the position of Police Officer effective May 12th, 2025. Motion Carried 5-0.
There being no further business, Commissioner Montgomery made the motion to adjourn,
seconded by Commissioner Schorse. Motion carried 5-0.
Meeting adjourned at 3:05 P.M.
