Payment Program at 100% in the 2025-2027 State Biennial Budget
The council had an extensive discussion on state funding disparities. Council then
encouraged citizens to contact their representatives and urged the Joint Finance
Committee to fund the municipal services payment program at 100% reimbursement
to relieve Oshkosh taxpayers.
All Council members are in favor of this resolution.
