DEED OF GIFT
For the purpose of advancing the objects and purposes of the Oshkosh Public
Museum, we hereby transfer, convey and deliver to the Oshkosh Public Museum, its
successors and assign forever, without limiting conditions unless specifically stated herein,
all of our right, title, interest and possession to that property described as follows:
Two shovels that were given to the City of Oshkosh after ground breakings. One is about 4 ft in
length with orange shovel head that has Oshkosh Crop logo in black. Second is about 3 ft tall
with gold shovel head and black lettering "Mill on Main" with wheel and water logo above.
It is understood and agreed that we retain no right, title or interest therein. To the best of our
knowledge this gift is free and clear of all encumbrances and restrictions.
