MINUTES
Oshkosh Board of Police and Fire Commission
December 17th, 2024
A meeting of the Police and Fire Commission was held on Tuesday, December 17th, 2024 at
3:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Room 406 of City Hall.
The meeting was called to order at 3:00 P.M.
ROLL CALL:
Present: Montgomery, Boettcher, Jones, Wrage and Schorse
Excused/Absent:
PFC Secretary, Michelle Behnke, asked if there were any additions or corrections to the
November 6, 2024 Meeting Minutes of the Police and Fire Commission. Commissioner
Schorse made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery, to approve the minutes
as presented. Motion Carried 5-0.
New Business:
Commissioner Montgomery made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Wrage to retire
the Police Officer Employment Eligibility List. Motion Carried 5-0.
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Schorse to approve the
new Police Officer Employment Eligibility List. Motion Carried 5-0.
Commissioner Wrage made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Schorse to the
appointment of Ryan Bahr to the position of Police Officer effective December 18th, 2024.
Motion Carried 5-0.
Commissioner Schorse made the motion, seconded by Commissioner Boettcher to the
appointment of Guyon Cyprian to the position of Police Officer effective December 18th,
2024. Motion Carried 5-0.
There being no further business, Commissioner Montgomery made the motion to
adjourn, seconded by Commissioner Wrage. Motion carried 5-0.
Meeting adjourned at 3:08 P.M.
