SUBJECT: Meeting Notice & Agenda for April 8, 2025 (4:00 p.m.)
The monthly Transportation Committee meeting will be Tuesday, April 8, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. in
Conference Room 404 at Oshkosh City Hall (4th Floor).
Public Comment The Committee has adopted a public participation policy which provides fifteen (15)
minutes for public comment. Citizens must provide their name and address and speak on matters related to
Transportation issues within their authority. Comment should be addressed to the committee members and
not to staff. Items on the agenda should be addressed at the time the item is read, not during the open period
for public comment. Statements are limited to three (3) minutes and citizens may only provide comment one
time, unless permission is granted. Written comments sent to (TC@ci.oshkosh.wi.us) will be distributed to
the committee members and become part of public record.

1. Request for stop sign at the intersection of Nevada Avenue and Oak Street
2. Request to remove the loading zone, west side, from 525’ north of New York Ave. to
Custer Avenue and No stopping, standing, waiting, west side from New York Avenue to 525’
north of New York Avenue.
3. Request to update/remove the parking restrictions on Winnebago Avenue in front of
the former Washington Elementary School.
4. Request to convert 4 stalls (numbers 25-28) from free 2-hour parking to permit
parking in the 300 East lot.
5. Request to convert 7 stalls (numbers 5-11) from free 2-hour parking to permit parking
in the 300 West lot.
6. Review the report on the top 10 Crash locations in the City of Oshkosh for 2024.

The Common Council has adopted rules of decorum for City Boards, Committees and Commissions,
