A person from your office attempted to drop off materials today for the addition at Tower Mechanical. This submittal was
rejected. Please read the message below again, recently sent to you, which describes what needs to be filled out and
returned in order to review the project for zoning compliance. This message was sent on 9/15, when a contact from your
office asked about site plan review procedure. The Site Plan Review and Landscaoe Plan Checklist must be filled out
and returned with the submittal, which is why the link was sent to you.

Also, please include a copy of the building plans for construction, and a check for the $100.00 site plan review fee. A
landscape plan is not necessary, as the proposed addition is to be built over existing paved area, and no expansion of the
overall developed area is proposed. When all materials are received, I will process the submittal.
