24'x32' slab and a 6'x 32' apron for garage
An area will be excavated to a depth of 17" below grade at the
perimeter to allow for an 8" minimum compacted gavel base for a 12"x12'
concrete grade beam.
The interior or main area will be excavated to a depth of 9" below
grade to allow for an 8" compacted gravel base and a 5." poured slab and
apron.
The concrete grade boam will be reinforced with 2 horizontal runs of
rebar spaced 6" in from the outer form and 4" and 8" above compacted
base.
The slab will be reinforced with ½" rebar every 4' oc and terminating
4" from outer forms.
The concrete will be a 6 bag fibremesh mix with 3/8"x 8" bottom
plate anchor bolts set in the concrete everyc32" set approx 1 3/4 "in from
outer form.
The slab will have an approx 1 ½' pitch in 24" from back to front for
draimge toward the overhead doors

approve all plans, except the following: (1) Alterations or interior work when the use is conforming and when no change in
use is proposed. (2) Maintenance items, e.g. siding, windows, etc., when the use is conforming and when no change is
proposed.
