A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTIONS 27 -23(A-
11), 27-45 (A) AND 27-49 (B)(G)(I) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING
TO PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS, TWO HOUR
METERED LOTS AND MONTHLY PARKING LOTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 27 -23(A-11) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining
to parking regulations on designated streets and alleys is hereby amended as follows:
A-11 PARKING REGULATIONS ON DESIGNATED STREETS AND ALLEYS
DIVISION STREET LOT
Delete Therefrom:
Add Thereto:
2-hour parking, except the 15 most northerly stalls bordering
Division Street between the hours of 9:00 am. and 6:00 p.m.
daily except on Sundays and New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Day.
2-hour parking, except the 8 most northerly stalls bordering
Division Street between the hours of 9:00 am. and 6:00 p.m.
daily except on Sundays and New Year's Day, Memorial Day,
Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas
Day.
NORTH MAIN STREET/400 BLOCK WEST PARKING LOT
Delete Therefrom:
90 minute parking, all stalls except the perimeter stalls bordering
Church Avenue, the east row loading zone, the third east / west
aisle south of Church Avenue, the two most easterly stalls in the
fourth east / west aisle south of Church Avenue, the four most
northwesterly stalls in the north / south aisle, the five stalls in the
southeast corner facing towards Main Street

and the stalls on the perimeter of the lot bordering Division
Street and Algoma Boulevard, between the hours of 9:00 am.
and 6:00 p.m. daily except on Sundays and New Year's Day,
Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and
Christmas Day.
90 minute parking, all stalls except the perimeter stalls bordering

SECTION 2. That Section 27-45 (A) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
two (2) hour metered parking lots is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom:
Add Thereto:
(A) West 9th Avenue Parking Lot except the northerly most stall
of the southerly section on the east side, and the sixth through
ninth stalls north of 10th Avenue in the western row.
(A) West 9th Avenue Parking Lot except the northerly most stall
of the southern section on the east side, and the three most
northerly stalls in the western row.
SECTION 3. That Section 27 -49(B)(G)(I) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code
pertaining to monthly parking lots is hereby amended as follows:
Delete Therefrom: (B) North Main Street 1 400 Block West Parking Lot; the stalls
on the perimeter of the lot bordering Division Street and
Algoma Boulevard and the third east 1 west aisle south of
Church Avenue.
(G) 9th Avenue Lot, the sixth through ninth stalls north of 10th
Avenue in the west row between 6:00 am. and 6:00 p.m.
(I) Division Street Lot; the 15 most northerly stalls bordering
Division Street.

(B) North Main Street / 400 Block West Parking Lot; the stalls
on the perimeter of the lot bordering Division Street and
Algoma Boulevard and the second east/west aisle south of
Church Avenue.

stalls in the western row between 6:00 am. and 6:00 p.m.
(I) Division Street Lot; the 8 most northerly stalls bordering
Division Street.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect after its passage,
publication, and placement of the appropriate signage.
