SPECIAL CLAIMS: Special claims submitted to the City's insurance carrier: Dolores Mueller, 919 S. Sawyer Street, in the amount of $266.88 for damages to her vehicle as a result of crossing in the construction area of Witzel Avenue and Westhaven Drive. John Rasmussen, 1700 Oregon Street, in the amount of $3,077.2 for damages as a result of flooding to his property. Emily Sweeney, 4551 Stonewood Court, in the amount of $791.49 for damages to her vehicle as a result of being hit by a fire truck. William Morasch, 1228 W. 5 Avenue, in the amount of $894.91 for damages from water leak on terrace caused by breakage of a valve underground caused by pressure from a load of dirt dumped by city crew. William Schmitz, 1515 Westhaven Circle, in the amount of $16,000.00 for damages resulting from a sewer backup. Antonio Guzman, 506 Jackson Street, in the amount of $1,055.88 for damages to his vehicle as a result of being hit by a sanitation vehicle.
