BILLS It is recommended that the bills, as audited and presented by the Director of Finance, be approved for payment. 2. LOURDES HIGH SCHOOL HOMECOMING PARADE Request permission to grant approval to Oshkosh Lourdes High School to utilize city streets and facilities on Friday, September 24,2004, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., for their Homecoming Parade, in accordance with the attached letter of request. OSHKOSH ON THE WATER 5 FUN RUN 3. Request permission to grant approval to the Oshkosh Northwestern to utilize Opera House Square, city streets and facilities on Saturday, October 9, 2004, from 7:00 am. to 12:00 noon, for their Oshkosh on the Water 5 Fun Run, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 4. CLOSING OF MARKET STREET Request permission to grant approval to the Winnebago County Democratic Party to close Market Street, from High Avenue to Algoma Boulevard, on Saturday, August 28, 2004, from 9:00 am. to 9:00 p.m., for their open air picnic, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 5. BLOCK PARTY Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Arcadia Avenue to close Arcadia Avenue, from Westhaven Drive to Heritage Trail, on Sunday, September 5, 2004, from 1 :00 p.m. to 12:00 midnight, for their neighborhood block party, in accordance with the attached letter of request. 6. WEDDING RECEPTION Request permission to grant approval to the residents of Raddison Avenue to close Raddison Avenue, from Oakwood Road to Kirkwood Drive, on Saturday, September 11, 2004, from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., for a wedding reception, in accordance with the attached letter of request.
