A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-
16(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described property from A-1 Light Agricultural to M-3
General Industrial.
Part of the Southwest % of the Northeast % of Section 1, Township 18 North, Range 16
East, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin described as follows:
Commencing at the North % of said Section 1; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 46
seconds East, 1983.53 feet along the West line of the Northeast % of said Section 1 to
the Point of Beginning; thence North 62 degrees 46 minutes 51 seconds East, 10.57
feet; thence North 88 degrees 57 minutes 18 seconds East, 695.34 feet; thence South
02 degrees 26 minutes 54 seconds West 666.53 feet along the West line of the
Wisconsin Central LTD. Railroad right-of-way; thence North 89 degrees 36 minutes 18
seconds West 675.04 feet along the South line of the Northeast % of said Section 1;
thence North 00 degrees 03 minutes 46 seconds West, 653.52 feet along the West line
of the Northeast % of said Section 1, to the Point of Beginning. Containing 459,994
square feet (10.5600 Acres).
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
