Oshkosh, a municipal cotporatión. hereinafter called "City".
WHEREAS. the County has. requested tbe Cityprovide a dodicatGd paramedic ambulance
for stand-by, ¿Ut,ing specified hours of the 2004 Wiunebago County Fair at the Winnebago Coun1y
Fair Grounds, and
NOW. 'IHEIŒFORE, it is agreed by and bctw~ thç parties to this agreement that the; City
shan provide one (1) two-peC'son paramedic ambulance to be present 3! the Winnebago County
Fairground$ dtnÍI1$ the following events: Thursday. August 12) 2004. Rodeo. fre)m 6:30 pm to 1 0:30
pm; Friday. Aug\J$t 13. 2004, Badg~ tractor pull, 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm; Sunday. August IS. 2004.
Demo Derby. from 5:30 pm to 9:30 pm. The pa:camedié unit shall be primarÜy responsible for
providing for mc:diéil emerge:ncies related to th~ special. event. In the event !bat a medical
el1lergœcy occurs in thfl grandstand or other area. of the Fairgrounds, the ambuJa11cc may also be
requested Ie) te:spond.. Minor fírst aid and re-hydca1ion win not be a primary function of these units.
In. the event that the standby ambulance must tra:nsport a patient to th~ hospital, another ambulance
;ftom the City of Oshkosh. will respond to the event to stand{¡y. unûl the primary startdby unit rctUmS.
Thr: County shall pay $65 per hour for the ambulance. If for any reason the event is canceled
a'three-hoUt' minimum. will DC charged if the event is not cancelled at least two (2) hOUl$ before the
scheduled stll1't time. Billed time will commence 30 nUn.ut~ prior to the start of standby and end 30
minutes after the tetmination of standby. Any Ildditional hours rcquc¡;t:cd or required to provide
adequa.te $erVice. shall be: added to the pn:scbcdù1cd standby þo\ttS :and bitted at llie same hourly Iató.
Pro-eventcanoel1ations sball be made by calling (920)236~S240 þdwem 8:00 a.m. and 4:30
pm. Monday through Friday or (920) 236-5271 at other times-
The City shall invoice County following the event. with payment to be mad.~ within 30 days
of receipt of invoice. Fæ1ure to time[y pay an iuvoic;f; shall be a breach of this agreement.
All pationts fCquirlng transport by the Oshkosh F1rt7; Department ambulance wi II be biUed for
services rendered according to the City's usual and CU$tomar:yprocedurcs and rates for service.

without límitation any attorney or consultant fees, investigation fees. ÇQurt oosts and litigation

operation of the Winnebago County F~. incl\1ðing but not limited to:
