Made an FYI call to Jan to explain that we did not show that a RI was requested at this address. Jan stated
she called it in on 9/24/04. I let her know that I didn't expect a problem but just wanted to iet her know just in
case. The records for the Request LIne were researched for 9/24/04 and there were NO CALLS from Cumings
on that day.
