HomeMy WebLinkAboutTransportation Committee Notice & Agenda 09.10.2024 TO: Transportation Committee Members FROM: Jim Collins, Transportation Director DATE: August 30, 2024 SUBJECT: Meeting Notice & Agenda for September 10, 2024 (4:00 p.m.) The monthly Transportation Committee meeting will be Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. in Conference Room 404 at Oshkosh City Hall. Public Comment The Committee has adopted a public participation policy which provides fifteen (15) minutes for public comment. Citizens must provide their name and address and speak on matters related to Transportation issues within their authority. Comment should be addressed to the committee members and not to staff. Items on the agenda should be addressed at the time the item is read, not during the open period for public comment. Statements are limited to three (3) minutes and citizens may only provide comment one time, unless permission is granted. Written comments sent to (TC@ci.oshkosh.wi.us) will be distributed to the committee members and become part of public record. Roll Call Approval of Minutes Old Business New Business 1. Request to allow Transportation Director or designee to change parking stalls in the downtown parking lots between 2-hour, permit or leased as demand dictates. 8.
