The applicant and members of the public may speak to any item before the Plan Commission. Unless an exception is made by the commission, the following rules will apply: The applicant will be given up to 10 minutes to present any information that they wish the Commission to consider. Thereafter, members of the public will be given up to 5 minutes to address the specific item before the Commission for consideration. Members of the public may only speak once per item.
