OK, the only hang up is that the existing sign has an approx. 15' setback to the property line, and it
needs 30' minimum. See the attached map. You will need to plan to place the new sign an additional 15
feet back. a permit will be issued for a 30' setback for the sign only, is this acceptable?

Is this sign proposed as a replacement for the existing sign, or in addition to the existing
sign?
Will you be eliminating the existing sign?
After you send the answers to these questions your new sign will have zoning approval.
Your next step is to contact the building inspections department to obtain the necessary
permits. Their telephone number is 236-5050.
