Recordiug Area Name and Recnco Address IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor does hereby give and grant unto the Grantee, its successors and assigos, an easement in, under, over, and across the land hereinafter described, including the right to enter upon said land for the purpose of construction, maintaining, and repairing a sanitary sewer upon certain tracts of land situated in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, and described as follows: City Attorney's Office Oshkosh, WI 54903-1130 06-0877-0000 Parcel Identification Number (PIN) Part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 22, Township 18 North, Range 16 East, in the Sixth Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin. A permanent sanitary sewer easement being 20 feet wide lying 10 feet each side of the following described center line. Beginning at the Southwest comer of Lot 19 of the First Addition to The Home Builders Subdivision which is N 00°30'34" E, 11.95 feet of the Northeast comer of Certified Map 1100; thence N 88°02'11" W, 268.50 feet to the center of an existing sanitary sewer manhole and the temtinous of this easement; said manhole lies 18.60 feet North of the North line of said CSM No. 1100. This easement extends from the West line of said Lots 19 and 20 to the center of described manhole. Upon exercising any of the rights herein granted, Grantee shall cause the property, soil and grass to be repaired and replaced in a condition similar to its condition immediately prior thereto, and obligates itself to pay to Grantor, it successors and assigos, all actual damages caused by repair, installation, operation, or removal of said sanitary sewer in, under, over and across said property. IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building or other substat1tial or permanent structure shaD be placed upon said property by the Grantor. The Grantee releases the Grantor ITom all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever which may result from said easement heretofore granted by Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor free and harmless from any claim for damages which may be made byreason of damages or injury to persons or property connected therewith. .
