a municipal corporation, located in Winnebago County, Wisconsin, Grantee,
WITNESSETH:
IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and
other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, the receipt of
which is hereby aclmowledged, the Grantor does hereby give and grant unto
the Grantee, its successors and assigns, an easement in, under and over the
land hereinafter described, including the right to enter upon said land for
the purpose of construction, maintaining, and repairing sidewalk over, unde
and upon certain. lTacts. of land situated in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin, and described as follows:

A 4 foot wide sidewalk easement located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Sonthwest
1/4 of Section 15, T18N, RI6E, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin,
lying between the following dèscribed reference line and a parallel line lying 4.00 feet Southerly and Easterly of
said reference line:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 15; thence South 00°39'11" East
along the West line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 15, 1,302.90 feet; thence South 89°48'56" East along the
Westerly extension of the North right-of-way line of Robin Avenue, 178.58 feet to the Easterly right-of-way line
of North Koeller Street and to the point of beginning of the reference line of the easement; thence North 47°03 '28"
West along said right-of-way line 8.81 feet; thence North 04°18'00" West along said right-of-way line, 317.94 feet;
thence along said right-of-way line on a curve to the right having a radius of 442.00 feet, 505.80 feet along curve to a
point which is North 28°28'58" East, 478.65 feet from last described point; thence North 61 °15'56" East along said
right-of-way line, 158.04 feet to the end of the reference line of the easement.
Upon exercising any of the rights herein granted, Grantee shall cause the property, soil and grass to be
repaired and replaced in a condition similar to its condition immediately prior thereto, and obligates itself to pay to
Grantor, it successors and assigns, all actual damages caused by repair, installation, operation, repair or removal of
sidewalk through said property.
IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building or other substantial or permanent structure shall
be placed upon said property by the Grantor.
The Grantee releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action
whatsoever which may result from said easement heretofore granted by Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor
free and harmless from any claim for damages which may be made by reason of damages or injury to persons or
property connected therewith.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has hereunto set its hand and seal the day and year first above
written.
