The Board of Appeals will determine whether the variance will be granted during a public hearing. You are being notified of this meeting because you own property abutting the property involved. If you would like to make a statement for or against the variance request, you will have an opportunity to do so at the hearing, which will be held on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 12TH, 2024 at 3:30 P.M., in Room 404 (Fourth Floor) at the Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue. The City Planning Services Division is preparing a report that provides a recommendation on the request. This report will be available on or shortly after June 5th and is provided to the applicant(s), owner(s), and members of the Board of Appeals. As it is the City’s policy to notify only property owners that are located in the city within 100 feet of the proposed development, please share this information with a neighbor who may not have received this information. For developments within 1000 feet of any municipal boundary a notice will only be sent to the town clerk for that municipality.
