Subject: Easement on 4610 Shambeau Or I have a fence permit application and need to know how close to the rear lot line a fence can be placed along the North property line of this property. Looking at GIS there appears to be a drainage easement along the rear, however I was unable to locate a dimension for this easement when t query that layer.
