Their expertise extends to: Programmatic Expertise: ●Continued collaboration with The Ellevate Collective which has the demonstrated ability to design,implement,and evaluate programs that effectively promote understanding, awareness,and action in the areas of diversity,equity,and inclusion.This expertise involves creating structured initiatives to educate individuals,organizations,or communities on DEI topics.Together,we are able to ensure the program follows the necessary framework,including:conducting a needs assessment,designing curriculum, establishing processes for continuous improvement,and developing metrics and performance indicators to measure the impact of the program. ●This program's facilitator will have access to Reach's therapy team for support in developing curriculum as it might relate to delivering mental health services to clients from marginalized communities/groups. ●This program will be implemented by a full-time facilitator and a part-time administrative assistant.The assistant will report to the facilitator and the facilitator will report to Reach’s Executive Director.The facilitator will also receive mentorship from the Ellevate Collective.The mentor will provide support to the facilitator by offering guidance and serving as a sounding board for challenges encountered in the facilitation role.The mentor will also assist in refining facilitation skills,providing insights into navigating sensitive conversations,offering strategies for fostering a respectful learning environment,and providing emotional support. Legal Expertise: ●Demonstrated ability to interpret and adhere to federal,state,and local regulations relevant to community grants and programs. ●Proven ability to identify potential legal risks and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard the program and its stakeholders. Administrative Expertise: ●A demonstrated history of successfully managing complex projects,ensuring they are delivered on time,within budget and adhere to grant guidelines. ●Proficiency in implementing robust data management systems to track program outcomes and measure impact (specifically for United Way and government grants). ●Experience in producing comprehensive reports that communicate program achievements and compliance with grant requirements. Financial Expertise: ●Successful development and management of program budgets. ●Experience in financial planning that considers short-term needs and long-term sustainability. ●A history of managing grants effectively,ensuring compliance with funding requirements. ●Demonstrated success in maximizing funding opportunities through strategic grant applications. ○Our agency has not received financial commitments from other sources to support this program.However,if we are awarded this grant,we will seek additional funding sources to support long-term success.We plan to charge for-profit organizations service fees beginning in year 2 of the grant cycle to generate revenue that will further support the project. ●Demonstrated history of maintaining clear and accurate financial records. ●Implementation of internal controls to ensure responsible stewardship of resources.
