Barricade Replacement – $3569
Replace all existing equipment signs and barricades.
The barricades have become very worn, broken, and faded.
They all need to be replaced.
Trailer repair, build customized storage shelving for barricades in the trailer - $3550
& new trailer tires
6 six-foot tables to use at the market - $ 324
4 Haulers to Move the Safety Barriers - $8575
For market use and for the Police & Fire departments to borrow to use
for other large events.
24 Drop Cords for the light poles – $ 791
Replace cords that are used on city light poles to get power to vendors.
Most have been in use for over 10 years.
3 EZ Up tents $1662
Tents and beginning bend and show wear from the weather and
High winds in the downtown area
Laptop & Printer $2255
The market computer and printer are 6+ years old and continue to need
repair annually.
4 small wagons $ 356
We have consolidated 4 broken wagons into 2 working wagons,
but not sure how much longer those will last.
2 dollies & 4 carts for use at the Winter Market – $ 454
We will need to replace all this equipment before next year, regardless of funding.
Misc. Equipment and Signage for clean-up & directing the public $ 618
Sign for the office building with our logo on it $ 515
Truck to pull barricade trailer $60,000
The largest cost item requested is for a slightly used truck to pull the market
equipment trailer. Currently, the need is being filled by the market manager’s personal
vehicle, which is not viable in the long term.
Logo vinyl graphics for truck & trailer $2950
Part-time operations assistant manager $13,200
This would allow the Market to bring on this desperately needed person this year.
The market is budgeted to bring this position on for 2025.
