Capital Campaign
Hooper Community Center, a 501 (c)(3) community-based not-for-profit entity, is a multi-tenant commerical building in Oshkosh housing eight community nonprofit agencies.
Hooper Community Center has developed this capital improvement plan to modernize the interior of its facility to make it more welcoming for the clients served by these agencies, as well as the staff who support these important community service programs.
This improvement project additionally proposes exterior lighting enhancements to improve building safety.
