To Whom It May Concern:
On April 12, 2023 thc City of Oshkosh Board of Appeals approved the following varia�ce to pecmit fencing to
exceed the maximum alLowable height with condifio�s:
1. The variance shall only appLy to thc west lot line.
2. Solid wtute vinyl or solid cedaz fencing shall be used by all seven properties to create a uniform west
border.
3. Prior to installation of fencing each property owner shall obtain an encroachment agreement from the
Depa�tment of Public Works for placement within the drainage easement.

The decision of the Board was filed in the Planning Seroices Division Office of the Department of Comm�nity
Development on April 12,2023.
Please be advised that any person or persons aggrieved by any decision of thc Board of Appeals may
commence acHon in Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the filing o(ihe decision. Permits may be issued
on approval of the Board, but you should be awaze that further action could take place unHl as much as 30
days after the date of the decision.
Buildicig permits may be applied for from the InspecHon Services Division in Room 205 at the Oshkosh City
Hall betwecn 7:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Monday thm Friday, or call (920) 236-5050 Eor an appoi�tment. Please
bring all required building plans and informafion necessary for review when ob[aining your building permit.
