PLEASE NOTE the City of Oshkosh Plan Commission will meet on Tuesday, April 16, 2024, at 4:00 pm
in Room 404 at Oshkosh City Hall, 215 Church Avenue, to consider the following agenda.
The applicant and members of the public may speak to any item before the Plan Commission. Unless an
exception is made by the commission, the following rules will apply:
The applicant will be given up to 10 minutes to present any information that they wish the Commission
to consider. Thereafter, members of the public will be given up to 5 minutes to address the specific item
before the Commission for consideration. Members of the public may only speak once per item.

threatening, slanderous, defamatory, or obscene remarks or act in such a manner as to disrupt or
disturb the orderly conduct of the meeting, including handclapping, stomping of feet, whistling,
shouting or other demonstrations.
