for the easement based on an appraisal, waives the right to an appraisal and agrees to accept setttement in the above-stated amount as full payment for the
easement, subject to approval by the City of Oshkosh, as further consideration for this agreement.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION
A temporary limited easement for grading slopes, including for such purpose the right to operate
necessary equipment thereon, the right of ingress and egress, as long as required for such public purpose,
including the right to preserve, protect, remove or plant thereon grass that the City of Oshkosh may deem
desirable to prevent erosion of the soil. This easement is to terminate upon completion of the
construction of this project.
Said easement consists of the owners ~nterest x land located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of
Section 15, T18N, R16E, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin and being a part of Lot 3 of
Block H of the plat of Northwestern Car and Machine Company, First Addition, more fully described as
follows:
The easterly 15 feet of said Lot 3, l.ying adjacent to and west of the existing westerly right-of-way
line Of Sawyer Street, as shown on the plat of right of way required for Project Nvxmber 4994-00-97.
Said tract contains 720 square feet, more or less.
Subject to all other easements and restrictions.
