IN CONSIDERATION of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) am
other good and valuable consideration paid by the Grantee,
the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the Grantor
does hereby give and grant unto the Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement in, under and over the land
hereinafter described, including the right to enter upon said 907-0027-0000
land for the purpose of construction, maintaining, and Parcel ldentificationNumber (PIN)
repairing a parking lot and associated work over, under and
upon certain tracts of land situated in the City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin,
and described as follows:

THAT PART OF LOT 48 IN BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894, IN THE 7TH WARD, CITY OF OSHKOSH,
WINNEBAGO COUNTY, WISCONSIN, BOUNDED AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE S.E.
CORNER OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894, THENCE NORTH 58°06'55" WEST ALONG THE
SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 102.99 FT., THENCE NORTH 00°01'12" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID
LOT 53.41 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL TQ BE DESCRIBED, THENCE CONTINUING
NORTH 00°01'02" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LQT 48 AFORESAID 20.00 FT., THENCE NORTH
89°52'48" EAST 12.60 FT., THENCE SOUTH 00°20'50" EAST ALONG THE WEST FACE OF A MASONRY BUILDING
WALL 20.00 FT. TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 48, THENCE SOUTH 89°52'42'' WEST 12.73 FT.
TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PARCEL CONTAINS 253 SQUARE FEET. (PART OF 513 N. MAIN STREET)
Upon exemising any of the rights herein granted, Grantee shall cause the property to
be repaired and replaced in a condition similar to its condition immediately prior thereto, and
obligates itself to pay to Grantor, it successors and assigns, all actual damages caused by
construction, maintaining and repairing a parking lot over, under and upon said property.
IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building or other substantial or
permanent structure shall be placed upon said property by the Grantor.
The Grantee releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions
and causes of action whatsoever which may result from said easement heretofore granted by
Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor free and harmless from any claim for damages
which may be made by reason of damages or injury to persons or property connected
therewith.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Grantor has hereunto set its hand and seal the day and
year first above written.
