CORNER OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894, THENCE NORTH 58°06'55" WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 102.99 FT., THENCE NORTH 00°01'12" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 53.41 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL TQ BE DESCRIBED, THENCE CONTINUING NORTH 00°01'02" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF SAID LQT 48 AFORESAID 20.00 FT., THENCE NORTH 89°52'48" EAST 12.60 FT., THENCE SOUTH 00°20'50" EAST ALONG THE WEST FACE OF A MASONRY BUILDING WALL 20.00 FT. IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building or other substantial or permanent structure shall be placed upon said property by the Grantor. The Grantee releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever which may result from said easement heretofore granted by Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor free and harmless from any claim for damages which may be made by reason of damages or injury to persons or property connected therewith.
