CORNER OF LOT 1 IN BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894, THENCE NORTH 58°06'55" WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 102.99 FT., THENCE NORTH 00°01'12" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINES OF LOTS 1,50 AND 48 IN BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894 AND THE WEST LINE OF LOT 2 IN HENNING'S PLAT OF LOT 2, BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894 AFORESAID 93.41 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THE PARCEL TO BE DESCRIBED, THENCE CONTINUING NORTH 00°01 '02" EAST ALONG THE WEST LINE OF LOT 3 IN HENNING'S PLAT OF LOT 2, BLOCK 43 PER LEACH'S MAP OF 1894 AFORESAID 20.00 FT., THENCE NORTH 89°52'48" EAST 22.39 FT., THENCE SOUTH 00°12'35" EAST ALONG THE WEST FACE OF A MASONRY BUILDING WALL 20.00 FT., THENCE SOUTH 89°52'42" WEST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 3 AFORESAID 22.47 FT. TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING. SAID PARCEL CONTAINS 449 SQUARE FEET. (PART OF 517 N. MAIN STREET) Upon exercising any of the rights herein granted, Grantee shall cause the property to be repaired and replaced in a condition similar to its condition immediately prior thereto, and obligates itself to pay to Grantor, it successors and assigns, all actual damages caused by construction, maintaining and repairing a parking lot over, under and upon said property. IT IS FURTHER MUTUALLY AGREED that no building or other substantial or permanent structure shall be placed upon said property by the Grantor. The Grantee releases the Grantor from all debts, claims, demands, damages, actions and causes of action whatsoever which may resutt from said easement heretofore granted by Grantor, and further agrees to hold the Grantor free and harmless from any claim for damages which may' be made by reason of damages or injury to persons or property connected therewith.
