HomeMy WebLinkAboutGallinger Parcel/Easement 2003O./HKOJ"H CONFIRMATION OF AGREEMENT TO SELL This is to confirm that we are the owners of record of the property identified as the Gallinger parcel on the attached map and we agree to sell the easements described in the attached legal description to the City of Oshkosh for the purposes of construction and permanent location of a storm sewer for the price of $5,900.00 (Five thousand nine hundred dollars and no cents). We understand that this agreement is subject to the following conditions; Closing on this easement will occur in December 1999 Topsoil will be removed from the trench site prior to construction and reinstalled after the trench is filled. The material installed in the trench will be compacted and any excess clay removed from the trench is to be deposited by the contractor on another site on our property designated by us. The City will restore the land affected by construction to original grade.
