There is a tenant on the 2nd flOOr of the building. The "New Parent" program, our tenant, has been notified of our decision. It is our understanding that they will be moving out of the building by the end of the second week of January 2004. We will notify our insurance company and the utility service providers of this information, again with the intent to cease all insurance and service, January 31, 2004. Upon removal of all property, we would request a walk through of the premises with Jamie Wilcox, our Facilities Manager, and a representative of the city, to sign off on the condition of the building. At that time, we-will turn over. keys and officially end.our involvement with the property.
