OAKWOOD ROAD, NORTH OF WYLDEWOOD DRIVE INITIATED BY: (A) (B) NOVA COUNSELING SERVICES, INC., PETITIONER MIDWEST COMPANIES, OWNER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All Approved A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16 (B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described areas. A) JACKSON STREET, NORTH, EAST & ADJACENT TO 3210 JACKSON STREET From: M-3 General Industrial To: C-1 Neighborhood Business As described in the attached "Exhibit A" B) SOUTH OF HAVENWOOD DRIVE., EAST OF N. OAKWOOD ROAD., NORTH OF WYLDEWOOD ROAD From: R-3 Multiple Dwelling To: R-3 Multiple Dwelling with a Planned Development Overlay As described in the attached "Exhibit B" SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication. "EXHIBIT A" Jackson Street, North, East & Adjacent to 3210 Jackson Street Rezone From: M-3 General Industrial To: C-1 Neighborhood Business Situated along Jackson Street. Being part of the N.W. 1/4 of the S.W. 1/4 Of Section 1, T18N, R16E, in the 15th Ward, City Of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows, commencing at the W. 1/4 corner of said Section 1, thence South 00°29'14'' East along the West line of the S.W. 1/4 of said Section 165.30 ft., thence North 88051'24'' East 40.08 ft. to a point on the East right-of-way line of Jackson Street and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described, thence continuing North 88051'24'' East 620.60 ft. to the N.W. corner of Lot 1 in Certified Survey Map No. 2221, thence South 00027'52'' East along the West line and extended West line of said Lot 497.33 ft., thence South 88040'02'' West 360.52 ft., thence North 00040'02'' West 165.27 ft., thence North 00°29'18'' West 190.00 ft., thence South 88032'36'' West along the North line and extended North line of Tract 1 in Certified Survey Map No. 583 aforesaid 259.83 ft. to the N.W.
