The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described areas. A) Marion Road/Pearl Avenue Redevelopment Project Area, W side of Jackson Street, S of Pearl Avenue to the River From: M-2 Central Industrial To: C-3 Central Commercial with a Planned Development Overlay As described in the attached "Exhibit A" B) 2004 and 2020 Jackson Street, and adjacent vacant lots From: C-2 General Commercial To: C-2 General Commercial with a Planned Development Overlay As described in the attached "Exhibit B" SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication. "EXHIBIT A" Marion Road/Pearl Avenue Redevelopment Project Area, W Side of Jackson Street, S of Pearl Avenue Rezone From: M-2 Central Industrial To: C-3 Central Commercial with a Planned Development Overlay A part of Western Addition Blocks A, E, F, Libbey's Replat, Jackson Street, Marion Road, vacated Bell Place, vacated Warren Road, and vacated Hancock Avenue all in the First Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the intersection of the centedine of Jackson Street and the centerline of vacated Warren Road; thence northwesterly along the centerline of vacated Warren Road to the extended southeasterly line of Lot 12, Block F, Western Addition; thence southwesterly along the extended southeasterly line and southeasterly line of said Lot 12 to the most southerly corner of said Lot 12; thence northwesterly along the southwesterly lines of Lots 11 and 12, Block F, Western Addition to the most westerly corner of said Lot 11; thence southwesterly along the northwesterly line and extended northwesterly line of Lot 24, Block F, Western Addition to the centerline of vacated Hancock Avenue; thence southeasterly 179.79 feet along the centerline of vacated Hancock Avenue; thence S. 30°59'45'' W., 132.21 feet to a point on the northerly line of Marion Road that is 19 feet southeasterly of the most westerly corner of Lot 19, Block E, Western Addition as measured along the northerly line of Marion Road; thence continuing S. 30°59'45" W. to the centerline of Marion Road; thence southeasterly along the centerline of Marion Road to the extended northwesterly line of Lot 3, Block A, Western Addition; thence southwesterly along the extended northwesterly line and the northwesterly line of said Lot 3 to the northerly shoreline of the Fox River; thence southeasterly along the northerly shoreline of the Fox River to the centerline of Jackson Street; thence north along the centerline of Jackson Street to the centerline of vacated Warren Road also being the point of beginning.
