PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-
16(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described property from C-2 General Commercial to C-
3 Commercial District with a Planned Development Overlay.
That part of Blocks 18, 23, 28, 32, 25 and 36, Plat of the Original 3rd Ward, lying E of
the E line of Pioneer Dr., excluding the NE passage, also vacated E. 9th Ave., E 10th
Ave., E. 11th Ave., E. South Park Ave. and E. 14th Ave., E of the E line of Pioneer Dr.,
also vacated Utah St., also all of Blocks 19-24 and 40, also that part as described in
Vol. 1123, pg. 577, as recorded in Register of Deeds, also that part of Blocks 39 and 43
and vacated E. 16th Ave., Ely of a line parallel with and a distance of 70 ft. Ely from the
centerline of the main track of the former C&NW RR, plus public right-of-way abutting
said lots extending to the westerly right-of-way line of Pioneer Dr., 3rd Ward, City of
Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
