AFTER ALTERATIONS
I, Diane M. Bartlett, City Clerk of the City of Oshkosh, County
of Winnebago, State of Wisconsin, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the corporate
boundaries of the said City have been altered within the previous 12
month period ending December 1, 2023, and that the following
description is the present corporate limits of the said City as of
