That Section 19-7.1(B)(1) regarding fishing tournaments at Menominee Park is hereby created to read as follows: 1) Tournaments/organizations at a minimum of 200 registered boaters are offered a $250/day flat fee. If the flat fee option would not be chosen, then the normal boat launch procedures would be followed. (a) Boat launch rangers would not monitor any boat launch activities within Menominee Park during the special fee times. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect on April 13, 2004 and after its passage and publication. [CURRENT CONDITION: STOP SIGNS ON LINWOOD AVENUE]. This is a request from a citizen. There is currently a stop sign on Linwood Avenue at its intersection with Sheridan Street. The first step in determining the need for a four-way stop is to examine the warrants. The warrants for a four-way stop sign are shown below: a) b) c) d) At least 500 vehicles per hour entering the intersection from all approaches during any eight (8) hours of any average day, and; The vehicular volume crossing the major street averages at least 200 vehicles for the same eight (8) hours, and; The traffic volumes are approximately equal in distribution. Five or more right angle accidents in a twelve-month period.
