PURPOSE:
GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS:
(A) 338 N. EAGLE STREET
(B) N. WASHBURN STREET, N OF & ADJACENT TO 275 N.
WASHBURN STREET
INITIATED BY:
(A) IMMANUEL LUTHERAN CHURCH
(B) SHORELAND DEVELOPMENT CORP.
PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in
Section 30-11 (D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that
conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning
Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions,
if any, as noted for each respective property.
A) 338 N. EAGLE STREET; Immanuel Lutheran Church
A conditional use permit for construction of an addition to the existing Church and
expansion of the existing parking lot, per the attached "Exhibit A", with the condition that
landscaping be provided around the entire parking lot in compliance with the Zoning
Ordinance, with the exception of the eastern boundary where the landscaping will be
enhanced by planting more vegetation or by increasing the size of the plantings than is
required by the Ordinance, with the level of enhancement being a minimum of 75%
more than required by the Ordinance.
(B) N. WASHBURN STREET, N OF & ADJACENT TO 275 N. WASHBURN
STREET; Shoreland Development Corp.
A conditional use permit for construction of Phase I of an automobile sales and service
facility, per the attached "Exhibit B", with the condition that proposed and future
driveway entrances be flared to the maximum extent allowed by the Ordinance.
