HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-387A.docOCTOBER 22, 2002 02-387A RESOLUTION (APPROVED 6-1 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN ) AS AMENDED PURPOSE: GRANT CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS: (A) 3700 JACKSON STREET INITIATED BY: (A) OSHKOSH PANTRY 41 PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All found consistent with Standards set forth in Section 30-11 (D) of the Zoning Ordinance and approved w/conditions as noted BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that conditional use permits are hereby granted under Section 30-11 of the Oshkosh Zoning Ordinance for the following properties, and that said permits are granted with conditions, if any, as noted for each respective property. A) 3700 JACKSON STREET; Oshkosh Pantry 41, owner A conditional use permit for construction of a storage area addition and automatic car wash bay to an existing gas station/convenience store, per the attached revised "Exhibit A", with the following conditions: 1 2) 3) 4) 5) 6) '7\ ,/ Access to the automatic bay shall be to direct traffic into the bay from the north and exit to the south. Trash enclosure shall be constructed of masonry type materials to be approved by the Department of Community Development. Trash enclosure shall be relocated to meet Ordinance setback requirements or Board of Appeals variances must be obtained. Parallel parking spaces must be made 22 feet in length. Four seasons screening must be added to the east property line to screen new parking spaces and proposed car wash addition. Board of Appeals variances be obtained for placement of the parking spaces along the east property line.
