HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-368.docOCTOBER 8, 2002 02-368 RESOLUTION (CARRIED 7-0 LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: APPROVE PLATS: (A) PRELIMINARY/lST ADDITION TO ISLAND VIEW ESTATES (B) FINAL/WEATHERSTONE PLAT (C) FINAL/5TH ADDITION TO WESTLEIGH FARMS INITIATED BY: (A) (c) LEROY ZACHER, ETAL; (B) DUWAYNE JACOBSON; THOMAS RUSCH PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All approved BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the preliminary plat known as 1st Addition to Island View Estates, per the attached "Exhibit A", is hereby approved, contingent upon the following: 1) 2) 3) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development not budgeted by the City. A grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved prior to submittal of the final plat. Any additional easements be created at the request of the Dept. of Public Works and be approved by the Dept. of Public Works prior to submittal of the final plat. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final plat known as Weatherstone Plat, per the attached "Exhibit B", is hereby approved, contingent upon the following: 1) 2) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development not budgeted by the City. The developer enters into an agreement to pay utility connection charges, paving and sidewalk costs. BE Westleigh contingent IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final plat known Farms Subdivision, per the attached "Exhibit C", is upon the following: as 5th Addition to hereby approved, 1) 2) The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this development not budgeted by the City. Norman Way be changed to Norman Court.
