PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: All approved
BE IT RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of Oshkosh that the
preliminary plat known as 1st Addition to Island View Estates, per the attached "Exhibit
A", is hereby approved, contingent upon the following:

The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this
development not budgeted by the City.
A grading and drainage plan be submitted and approved prior to submittal of the
final plat.
Any additional easements be created at the request of the Dept. of Public Works
and be approved by the Dept. of Public Works prior to submittal of the final plat.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the final plat known as Weatherstone Plat, per
the attached "Exhibit B", is hereby approved, contingent upon the following:

The developer be responsible for all capital improvement costs incurred by this
development not budgeted by the City.
The developer enters into an agreement to pay utility connection charges, paving
and sidewalk costs.
