HomeMy WebLinkAbout02-350.docSEPTEMBER 11, 2002 SEPTEMBER 24, 2002 FIRST READING SECOND READING 02-335 02-350 ORDINANCE (CARRIED 6-1P LOST LAID OVER WITHDRAWN PURPOSE: ZONE CHANGE/905-1007 BAY SHORE DRIVE INITIATED BY: TRIDENT PROPERTIES, OWNER PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-16 (B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS. The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows: SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the district character of the following described area from R-1 Single Family to R-3 Multiple Dwelling with a Planned Development Overlay. Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4294 and Lot 5 and Lot 6 in City's Replat No. 5, 8th Ward, City Of Oshkosh, Winnebago County, Wisconsin, which is bounded and described as follows: Beginning at the NW Corner of Lot 1 of Certified Survey Map No. 4294; thence S 57009'26'' East along the south right-of-way line of Bay Shore Drive 577.37 ft. to the northeast corner of said Lot 6; thence S 24022'38'' west along the east line of said Lot 250.01 ft. to the point of beginning of a meander line running along the shoreline of Lake Winnebago, said point being 15 ft. more or less from said shoreline, thence N 80025'22'' west 122.63 ft. along said meander line to a point 25 ft. more or less from said shoreline; thence S 53020'44'' West along said meander line 125.67 ft. to a point 20 ft. more or less from said shoreline; thence N 59°27'41'' West 88.34 ft. along said meander line to a point 15 ft. more or less from said shoreline; thence N 62°30'43'' West along said meander line 101.80 ft. to a point 17 ft. more or less from said shoreline and the end of said meander line; thence N 27003'49'' East 57.61 ft. Along the westerly line of Lot 1 in said Certified Survey Map; thence N 00°44'15'' West along said west line 400.14 ft.; thence S 89046'00'' West 17.73 ft.; thence N 03009'46'' E to the point of beginning, plus public right-of-way abutting said lots extending to the centerline of Bay Shore Drive. Included are all lands lying between the described meander line and the shoreline of Lake Winnebago. SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and publication.
