PLAN COMMISSION RECOMMENDATION: Approved
A GENERAL ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF OSHKOSH AMENDING SECTION 30-
16(B) OF THE OSHKOSH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO ZONING DISTRICTS.
The Common Council of the City of Oshkosh do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. That Section 30-16(B) of the Oshkosh Municipal Code pertaining to
Zoning Districts and the map therein described is hereby amended by changing the
district character of the following described area from R-1 Single Family with a Planned
Development Overlay to M-1 Light Industrial with a Planned Development Overlay.
Commencing at the E ¼ corner of Section 33; thence S 88-29-50 W along the E and W
¼ line of said Section 33 for 1329.43 ft. to the NE corner of lands described in Vol.
1046, page 436, as recorded in Winnebago County Register of Deeds; thence S 27-59-
42 E along said described lands for 441.40 ft. to the Sly proposed right-of-way along
Lake Butte des Morts Dr. and being the point of beginning; thence S 84-20-33 E along
said proposed right-of-way for 367.98 ft.; thence S 25-37-23 W for 380.47 ft. to the SE
corner of said described lands; thence N 27-59-42 W along said described lands for
429.60 ft. to the point of beginning, being in the 12th Ward, City of Oshkosh, Winnebago
County, Wisconsin.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its
passage and publication.
